Shipping policy

We ship using third party carriers like UPS and USPS. While we will always try to assist with potential delivery issues, please note: once we hand over packages to a carrier, the shipping process and any potential delays are out of our control.

If you do not receive your order, please contact your carrier. If your shipment is damaged in any way during shipment, please let us know, but it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS or UPS) to handle any claims by the end user. Please contact the appropriate carrier to resolve any claims of damage during shipment.

The following disclaimer outlines the terms and conditions pertaining to package delivery services provided by Radio Roasters Coffee. By availing our package delivery services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. General Responsibilities: Radio Roasters shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your package. However, we do not assume liability for delays, loss, damage, or any inconvenience arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, accidents, natural disasters, customs processing, and logistical challenges.

  2. Delivery Addresses: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. Radio Roasters will not be held accountable for any misdelivery or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

  3. Signature Requirements: If you opt for a signature requirement upon delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the designated address. Radio Roasters shall not be liable for missed deliveries due to the absence of a recipient or a refusal to sign.

  4. Loss and Damage Claims: In the event of loss, damage, or any discrepancy with the delivered package, you must notify Radio Roasters within 48 hours of the delivery date. Failure to report such issues within the specified timeframe may result in the denial of a claim for compensation or replacement.

  5. Indirect, Consequential, or Incidental Damages: Radio Roasters shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our package delivery services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

  6. Force Majeure: Radio Roasters will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, government actions, and unforeseeable events.

  7. Third-Party Services: Radio Roasters may utilize third-party carriers, partners, and service providers for certain aspects of the package delivery process. While we carefully select and collaborate with reputable partners, we cannot be held responsible for their actions, omissions, or service quality.
